Verified Accounts

What are verified accounts?

These are accounts that meet at least one of the criteria listed below:

• The account has administrative rights

• The account has moderation rights

• The account is a Xenwave Premium subscriber

• The account has been awarded a verification badge by the Xenwave team

Administrators and Moderators

Administrators and Moderators are crucial for the upkeeping of the Xenwave platform. These mainly help with suppressing posts that violate Xenwave's Terms of Use, with user moderation, and general platform compliance.

Premium Subscribers

Premium subscribers are platform supporters that pay for a monthly subscription service that award them benefits not available to other users, such as creating longer posts, increased upload size limits, and more. All Premium subscribers receive a verification checkmark.

Manually awarded verification checkmarks

Xenwave may manually award verification checkmarks to accounts at its own discretion, based on the following criteria:

• Accounts that are active and have made notable contributions to the platform

• Active accounts being impersonated by other accounts

• Accounts from notable community leaders and/or providing significant public services

• Official brand, company, or project accounts

• Other non-specified criteria

Verification checkmarks are not endorsements by the Xenwave team, and Xenwave is not liable or responsible for content shared by or from verified accounts.
